POOL USE & RESTRICTIONS

  • The time use for the pool area is Sunday through Saturday 8:00 A.M to 10:00 P.M. All residents are provided keys to access pool and restroom. Do not bother swimmers to gain access to pool area, bring own key. 
  • NO SMOKING in pool area.
  • Guests using the pool must be accompanied by unit owner or tenant at all times. Residents have first priority and the pool is for the exclusive use of residents and their invited guests, limited to six (6) guests per unit at any one time. Residents are totally responsible for the conduct and safety of their guests while using the pool.
  • Pool noise shall be kept to a minimum. Noisy behavior and unnecessary or intentional splashing is not permitted. Aquatic games must not disturb other swimmers in the pool. Excessive noise such as loud radios (headphones are recommended), yelling or screaming is not permitted. You could be asked to leave the pool area and/or the police may be called.
  • Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult resident or guardian 21 years of age or older while swimming in the pool. Children shall be continuously supervised and monitored while in, around, or in proximity to the pool. Children who are not toilet trained will not be allowed in the pool unless they are wearing cloth diapers and plastic or rubber pants. Disposable diapers are prohibited in the pool.
  • Beverages may be consumed in the pool area from plastic, metal or unbreakable containers only. No glass allowed in pool area. No eating or drinking in the pool.  ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED WITHIN THE POOL AREA.
  •  All trash and belongings must be cleared away by residents and guests prior to leaving the pool area. There is no provision for clean up of the pool area so your cooperation is appreciated and necessary. Please put damaged pool toys in trash or take with you.
  • Safety equipment provided in the pool area must remain in the area at all times. No running or diving is allowed in the pool area. Climbing on or over the pool fence is prohibited. Pets, bicycles and skateboards are not permitted in the pool area at any time.
  •  Insurance restrictions require gate to the pool area be kept closed and locked at all times. Make sure gate secures behind you and do not prop open. Access to pool should be by authorized key only. Do not give access to anyone without a key. Failure to comply could result in your personal liability. Keys are not to be duplicated or given to anyone else.
  • Restrooms access by pool key only. Keep gate closed and locked to help prevent vandalism. Do not leave children unattended.
  • Please take a shower before the entering pool. Any persons with open sores, nasal or ear discharge, or any communicable disease shall not use the pool. No soap or other foreign substances are permitted in the pool.
  • WARNING: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. ALL PERSONS USING THE POOL DO SO AT THE THEIR OWN RISK.
